Concerns over transparency of JAC diversity monitoring figures

JUSTICE’s Andrea Coomber has expressed concerns over the Judicial Appointments Commission’s collection of statistics relating to judicial diversity. In an article in the Law Society’s Gazette Magazine, Coomber expressed long-standing concerns over the JAC’s diversity monitoring, in particular, the lack of information on the different stages of the selection process.
